Management
C.S. Venkatesh, Founder and CEO of MetaCog Solutions Pvt. Ltd, has had over 26 years of experience in technology, supply chain management and enterprise applications.
Prior to forming MetaCog Solutions, Mr Venkatesh had set-up and managed Sirius Connect Pvt Ltd, a rural BPO providing financial back-office support services. He also managed Fugo Creative Pvt. Ltd, a marketing services company.
Mr Venkatesh has worked in different capacities in consulting and pre-sales support with i2 Technologies, Baan Asia-Pacific, Singapore Technologies Group, ITC, Cummins India (formerly KCL) and NIIT. Some of the customers that he has worked with include Philips (Singapore), Black & Decker, Maruti Suzuki, Indian Oil Corporation, Singapore Airlines and Vickers Asia-Pacific.
Mr Venkatesh holds a basic degree in engineering from NITK Surathkal, and an MBA from XLRI, Jamshedpur.
Ranganathan V Jois, is a skill development specialist with 30 + years of rich & diversified experience in Consulting and CIO roles in the broad spectrum of IT Strategy, ERP, Training and Education.
He has wide ranging experience in Automotive, Hitech (Electronics), and IT Services industry sectors. He has covered end to end business process automation spectrum with emphasis on Business Planning, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, Program Management, and Enterprise Integration.
He has held senior positions in PWC, Baan, Hical & Sasken.
After engineering business transformation in large corporates, Jois has Co-Founded MetaCog Solutions Pvt Ltd, a Bangalore based e-Learning content management & delivery Company, focussed on professional skill development for both Industry & Academia.
He is also teaching Operations Management, Business Soft Skills & Enterprise Business Process Automation concepts to MBA students in Management Schools.
He is a passionate practitioner & trainer of Yang Style Tai Chi – the Chinese moving meditation exercise form for strength, stamina, balance & relaxation of body & mind. His students include the high profile Indian Cricket Team.

He was one of the early member’s of the NIIT team in India. As President and COO, he led NIIT’s largest overseas operation and was nominated twice for the Atlanta International Business Award for outstanding leadership and role in the growth of Atlanta as an international business center.
He has received the 2007 “Outstanding 50 Asian Americans in Business Award”, for innovation, leadership and vision in business. As a philatelist he has won several awards in international exhibitions and was recognized by the Government of India for his services to Indian Philately.
Sundaram Mani
Executive Director Corporate, Super Auto Forge Private Ltd. He has more than 40 years of experience in operational and leadership roles across various supply chain functions.
He is a visiting professor for Indian Institute of Material Management and Loyola Institute of Business Management (LIBA), Chennai. He was the recipient of Best Faculty Award in 2005 (National Level). He is also a Trained Trainer from International Trade Centre, Geneva for their course -International Purchasing & Supply Chain Management (part of UNCTAD – UN Organization).
He was honored as a distinguished member (2007), IIMM in recognition of the personal contribution to materials fraternity. He was the Elected Council Member of EPCES (Export Promotion Council for EOUs & SEZs) for the year 2006-08 and EEPC INDIA 2008-10.

Vinod Viswanathan
Engineering Director – Media Cloud at Netflix. He has experience in building and nurturing exceptional engineering teams and delivering great products.
He is one of the founding employees of Optena Corp where he led the role of Director, Engineering and Customer Solutions. During his stint in this organization he worked with the sales & marketing team to build vertical solutions on top of the Optena infrastructure for software engineering, hi-tech manufacturing and financial industry. He was also the Former Senior Director- Software Engineering, Zillion TV.
He has patents for the following works – ‘Entertainment System for providing personalized advertisements’, ‘Real time ad selection for requested content’ and ‘Systems and methods for providing responses from users of an entertainment system’.
He graduated from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani. His areas of expertise include – distributed systems, web-scale architecture, public compute cloud, enterprise software, large scale media processing. He is a hands-on technical leader and manager.

Shantanu Rudra has over 35 years of experience in Finance leadership roles and General Management, across diverse industries including IT, Outsourcing, Manufacturing and Real Estate.
He is a corporate strategist whose area of expertise is financial management, governance & company development. His key focus is to create and increase productivity, efficiency and profitability. He strongly believes in blending motivation, leadership, experience and skills to develop and implement innovative ideas that produce bottom line results.

She has over 20 years of experience in the Indian and U.S. software and training markets with extensive experience in project management, e-commerce, application and instructional software development.
